Sessions are done by Zoom for client convenience.

Fees are charged for professional time, including: Appointments, phone calls, texts, and email support as needed. Fees for remedies are charged separately, or can be obtained independently by the client. Sessions usually run 1 hour.

payment:

The client is responsible for payment of all fees at time of service. All clients are required to keep a current credit card on file during treatment for ease of payment. This allows Vanessa to keep overhead low, which helps to keep consultation costs down.

Cancellation Policy:

Note a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancelled or missed appoints represent dedicated time set aside for the client. Therefore, a full session fee will be charged to the credit card on file for all late cancellations and missed appointments.
